NEW DELHI: In a major restructuring of its board-level oversight, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has appointed A. Amarnath as a Government Nominee Director. The appointment comes following an official directive from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoP&NG).
