MUMBAI — Spice Islands Industries Limited has announced a major restructuring of its board of directors, appointing Dr. Huzaifa Habil Khorakiwala as an Additional Director in a non-executive capacity. Concurrently, the board has named him to the position of Non-Executive Chairman.
