NEW DELHI — In a move to strengthen its board-level oversight, DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals Limited has inducted veteran corporate leader Mr. Nitin Atroley into its leadership structure.
Mr. Atroley has been appointed as an Additional Director, serving in the capacity of a Non-Executive Independent Director, where he will provide strategic guidance to the specialty chemicals manufacturer.
