KOLKATA — Strengthening the corporate governance framework of India’s energy sector, Ms. Sona Kumari has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Coal India Limited (CIL).
She steps into the role of Non-Official Independent Director at the state-owned Maharatna mining conglomerate.
