NEW DELHI — In a move to strengthen corporate governance and advisory leadership, Hemisphere Properties India Limited (HPIL) has appointed seasoned entrepreneur Amit Kumar Agarwal as an Independent Director on its Board of Directors.
The appointment was formalized following an official notification from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India, for a tenure of three years starting August 27, 2026.
