KOLKATA — DIC India Limited has officially announced that Manish Bhatia has stepped down from the Board of Directors, effectively ending his tenure as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company.
The departure comes after the board accepted his resignation—initially tendered in June 2026 to pursue other career opportunities—with his responsibilities drawing to a close following an orderly leadership transition.
