LUCKNOW — Senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officer Ashok Mutha Jain has superannuated after more than three decades of distinguished service in the Uttar Pradesh Police, closing a notable career in state administration and law enforcement.
A 1995-batch IPS officer, Jain concluded his official career as Director General of Emergency Services, where he led state-wide emergency planning, disaster management protocols, and public safety response systems.
