The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has promoted two senior Indian Telecommunications Service (ITS) officers to the Higher Administrative Grade Plus (HAG+) level, with both officers receiving new responsibilities as Advisors.
Following the promotions, the department has also announced new postings for two senior officers. M. Murali Krishna will take charge as Special Deputy Director General (Special DDG) at the Tamil Nadu Licensed Service Area (TN LSA).
Mukesh Kr Chauhan has been posted to the Maharashtra Licensed Service Area, where he will serve as Special Director General (Special DG).
The appointments are part of the department’s senior-level administrative changes aimed at strengthening leadership across its regional telecom service areas.
