NEW DELHI — In a recent bureaucratic notification, the central government has granted ex-post facto approval to Shyamal Misra to hold the additional charge of Additional Secretary in the Department of Telecommunications (DoT).
Misra is a 1996-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Haryana cadre who currently functions as the Administrator of Digital Bharat Nidhi.
