Massive Disbursement: Over ₹40 lakh crore has been funneled into the economy through 58 crore loans since the scheme began 11 years ago.

Women at the Forefront: Shah highlighted that 2 out of every 3 Mudra loans have been granted to women, calling it a historic milestone for gender-led self-reliance.

Youth Reach: The initiative has empowered 12 crore young entrepreneurs, providing them with the collateral-free capital necessary to drive the “Atmanirbhar Bharat” mission.
Economic Vision
The Home Minister emphasized that by removing financial barriers for small traders and startups, the government has created a robust ecosystem for job creation. He noted that these 11 years of MUDRA have provided “new strength” to the nation’s journey toward becoming a developed economy by the 2026-27 period.
