MUMBAI – DCB Bank Limited has confirmed a shift in its boardroom composition following the exit of Ms. Lakshmy Chandrasekaran. According to a regulatory filing, Chandrasekaran ceased to hold her position as an Independent Director effective April 13, 2026.
