NEW DELHI — State-owned construction major NBCC (India) Limited has secured new domestic work orders collectively valued at approximately ₹131.02 crore (excluding GST). The projects, secured under a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) model, span across corporate and state government infrastructure.
Breakdown of the Work Orders

New Andhra Pradesh Bhavan (New Delhi): Valued at ₹105.50 crore, this project was awarded by the Resident Commissioner, Government of Andhra Pradesh. It entails the construction of the new state bhavan in the national capital.

Central Bank of India Office (Amaravati): Valued at ₹25.52 crore, this contract involves constructing a new office building for the public sector bank in Andhra Pradesh’s upcoming capital city.
Corporate Standing
In a regulatory filing with the stock exchanges, NBCC confirmed that these contracts were bagged in the ordinary course of business. The company also clarified that these are not related-party transactions, and its promoters have no interest in the entities awarding the contracts.
