NEW DELHI: State-owned construction giant NBCC (India) Limited has bagged two fresh work orders collectively valued at approximately ₹52.14 crore (excluding GST). The new contracts bolster the company’s project pipeline across the institutional and healthcare sectors.
The public sector undertaking (PSU) disclosed the details of the domestic projects in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges.
Breakdown of the New Contracts

Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) Regional Office: NBCC has been awarded a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) contract to oversee the construction of a new office building for IOB in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. The contract is valued at ₹20.15 crore and expands the PSU’s footprint in India’s upcoming administrative hubs.

Sports Injury Centre (SIC) Facility Management: The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has granted NBCC a ₹31.99 crore contract for the operation and maintenance (O&M) services of the New Sports Injury Centre Building. The agreement spans a duration of two years, highlighting NBCC’s expanding presence in healthcare infrastructure management.

NBCC confirmed that both contracts were secured in the ordinary course of business without any related-party transactions. The steady inflow of institutional backing positions the company for robust growth across its core construction, consultancy, and facility management segments.
