KOLKATA: Strengthening its top administrative tier for upcoming state-wide exercises, the Government of West Bengal has re-designated senior bureaucrat Ms. Neelam Meena as the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO).
A member of the 1998 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Ms. Meena will also hold the portfolio of Ex-Officio Principal Secretary within the high-stakes Home and Hill Affairs Department.
