NEW DELHI — In a key top-level administrative appointment, senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Dilip Kumar has been elevated to the post of Secretary, Department of Land Resources under the Ministry of Rural Development.
Kumar, a 1995-batch officer from the Punjab cadre, steps into the role from his previous position as Director General (Training) within the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.
