NEW DELHI — The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has issued an official directive granting a two-year extension to senior bureaucrat Ms. Shruti Agnihotriy in her role as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Engineers India Limited (EIL).
