THIRUVANANTHAPURAM — The state administration has finalized its highest-level bureaucratic transition, officially naming Bishwanath Sinha as the next Chief Secretary of Kerala.
Sinha, an elite 1992-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Kerala cadre, will formally take the reins of the state’s administrative machinery on June 30, 2026.
