NEW DELHI — In a fresh administrative upgrade within the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) grid, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has cleared the promotion of senior IPS officer Smt. Mamta Rahul to the rank of Inspector General (IG) in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).
