BENGALURU — In a major personnel deployment aimed at fast-tracking regional rail connectivity, Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer Devendra Gupta has been appointed as Chief Project Manager (Civil) at Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) in Bengaluru.
Gupta brings extensive field experience to the railway public sector undertaking (PSU), transitioning from his current post as Chief Engineer / Railway Safety Works (CE/RSW) at South Western Railway (SWR) headquarters.
