NEW DELHI — In a fresh administrative alignment, railway operations official Kapil Dev has been transferred to the Railway Board and assigned to a crucial defense logistics role at the Army Headquarters in New Delhi.
Prior to this central deployment, Dev served within the Northern Railway (NR) zone, managing regional passenger train traffic as the Assistant Operations Manager/Coaching (AOM/Chg) for the Ambala (UMB) division.
