NEW DELHI — In a fresh bureaucratic placement, the Government of Delhi has appointed Pooja Joshi as Special Secretary in the General Administration Department (GAD).
Joshi, a 2011-batch IAS officer belonging to the AGMUT cadre, assumes the charge after previously awaiting her official deployment orders.
