IKIO Technologies Limited has formally confirmed the induction of Ms. Madhu Pandit as a Non-Executive Woman Independent Director to its Board of Directors.
Her five-year appointment, running through May 1, 2031, received official shareholder ratification at the company’s 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 30, 2026. Having initially joined the board in an additional capacity in May 2026, Ms. Pandit brings extensive expertise in leadership advisory and organizational strategy to the company.
