NEW DELHI — In a fresh administrative shift within Indian Railways, IRTS officer Guneet Kaur has been posted as Director (Planning) at the Railway Board.
She moves to the ministry’s apex body in New Delhi from her prior assignment in the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) zone.
