NEW DELHI — In a key administrative move within the Ministry of Railways, senior civil servant Rahul Kapoor has been entrusted with the additional charge of Executive Director (Transformation) at the Railway Board.
Kapoor is currently serving as Executive Director/Finance (Resource Mobilisation & Public-Private Partnership)—F(RM & PPP)—within the Railway Board structure.
