MUMBAI — Stationery major Sundaram Multi Pap Limited has reaffirmed confidence in its executive team, approving long-term board re-appointments across key leadership roles.
Under the fresh mandates, Amrut P. Shah will continue at the helm as Managing Director, effective April 1, 2027. Joining him in driving operational strategy, Shantilal P. Shah and Krunal S. Shah have both secured extended terms as Whole-Time Directors starting the same date.
The corporate governance refresh also solidifies independent board oversight, with Mrs. Jyoti C. Gala and Mahesh D. Bhanushali re-appointed as Independent Directors for second terms beginning June 27, 2027.
