NEW DELHI — In a key executive appointment, Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS) officer Arun Gupta has been designated as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) on a central deputation basis.
The central deputation, approved under the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS), assigns the veteran officer to head the governance and compliance framework at the state-run power equipment giant for a three-year tenure.
