JAIPUR — The Board of Directors of Mayur Leather Products Limited has formally recommended the appointment of Mahesh Bhatter to the position of Non-Executive Independent Director.
According to corporate disclosures filed under SEBI regulations, the proposed tenure is set for a term of five consecutive years, commencing October 1, 2026 and running through September 30, 2031.
