MUMBAI — Premier defense shipyard Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited has formally inducted KM Ravi Kumar as a Part-Time Non-Official Independent Director on its Board of Directors.
His inclusion enhances the non-executive structure of the Ministry of Defence PSU, reinforcing independent evaluation and strategic oversight across the company’s shipbuilding and naval manufacturing operations.
