TTK Prestige Limited has appointed R. Srinivasan as a Non-Executive Director, bringing extensive experience in management consulting, strategic planning, manufacturing, finance and corporate governance to the company’s board.
Srinivasan has previously served on the company’s board as both an Independent Director and a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director since 2000. His long-standing association with TTK Prestige and extensive institutional knowledge are expected to support the company’s continued focus on long-term growth and stability.
His experience in strategic and operational matters, along with his active participation in board affairs, adds depth to the company’s leadership and governance framework.
