MUMBAI — Diamond manufacturing and diamond jewelry retailer Asian Star Company Limited has announced the resignation of Bijayanand Pattanayak from its Board of Directors.
Pattanayak steps down from his role as Non-Executive Independent Director, vacating his position on the board and its associated sub-committees.
