MUMBAI — In a major executive transition, Waaree Energies Limited has appointed Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod as its new Whole-time Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The appointment, confirmed during a board meeting on March 20, 2026, follows an accelerated transition plan as the renewable energy giant repositions its leadership for a 2026-27 expansion phase.
