NEW DELHI – In a significant top-level move for the telecommunications and railway infrastructure sector, Rahul Anand Hande has been selected for a key leadership role at RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL).
Hande, a distinguished officer of the Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE), will join RailTel on deputation as Executive Director (Technical) for a three-year tenure.
