Somesh Kumar Takes Charge as ADG (North) for MES

JAMMU — Somesh Kumar, a seasoned officer from the Indian Defence Service of Engineers (IDSE), has formally assumed his new role as the Additional Director General (North) of the Military Engineer Services (MES). Based out of Jammu, Kumar is now responsible for overseeing critical defense infrastructure and engineering works across the strategically sensitive northern region.
