NEW DELHI — The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the induction of Pushkin Jain, a 2017-batch IPS officer of the Assam-Meghalaya cadre, as Superintendent of Police in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). According to official orders issued on May 5, Jain will serve a five-year tenure at the premier agency.
