NEW DELHI — In a move to streamline ministerial operations, the Department of Personnel & Training has confirmed that Shri Fating Rahul Haridas, IAS (MP:2012), will now manage a dual portfolio. Per the official memorandum dated May 12, 2026, the Competent Authority has approved his appointment as Private Secretary to Shri Rajiv Ranjan Singh within the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying.
