LUCKNOW — Expanding his administrative portfolio within the Ministry of Communications, senior bureaucrat Mr. Manish Kumar has been designated as the administrative Head of the Uttar Pradesh (East) Licensed Service Area (LSA) under the Department of Telecommunications (DoT).
Already serving as the Additional Director General (Telecom) for the region, Kumar will centralize his operational commands from the LSA’s regional headquarters in Lucknow.
