MUMBAI — The Board of Directors of Shoppers Stop Limited has officially approved the re-appointment of Arun Sirdeshmukh as an Independent Director. The decision, announced following a board meeting on May 5, 2026, secures a second consecutive five-year term for the retail veteran, effective from October 20, 2026, through October 19, 2031.
