NEW DELHI – Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has officially announced a change in its Board of Directors following the successful completion of the terms of two Independent Directors.
In a regulatory filing submitted to stock exchanges, the clean energy financier confirmed that Shri Shabdsharan N. Brahmbhatt and Dr. Jaganath C. M. Jodidhar ceased to be Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Directors, effective March 28, 2026.
The transition follows the conclusion of their tenure as per the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) order issued on March 28, 2025. IREDA emphasized that the departures are strictly due to the natural completion of their terms and are not related to any resignations. This disclosure was made in full compliance with SEBI listing regulations and the latest Master Circular requirements for public sector enterprises.
