NEW DELHI — In a decisive administrative restructuring of the National Capital Territory’s power regulatory framework, the Department of Power, Government of NCT of Delhi (GNCTD), has formally announced the appointment of senior retired bureaucrat Shri Subhash Chandra Lal Das, (Retd.) IAS (AGMUT:1992), as Chairperson of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC).
The gazette notification (No. F.11/2026/Power/E-243215/6235-6243), dated September 9, 2026, was promulgated under the authority of Sunny K. Singh, IAS, Special Secretary (Power), GNCTD.
