PATA — State-run energy giant GAIL (India) Limited successfully organized the Northern Regional Round of “GGT 3.0 – Next Gen Edition” at its Pata township, bringing together company staff and family members for a youth talent showcase spanning music, dance, and creative arts.
Supported by Shri Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), GAIL, the internal talent program provides an inclusive platform to celebrate the creative accomplishments of young family members across the organization’s regional operational hubs.

The Pata showcase marked a key milestone in GAIL’s employee engagement calendar as the talent contest approaches its semi-final stages:

Inaugural Showcase: The stage opened with solo singing showcases by Ma. Keyur Khandarkar and Ma. Avanish Prajapati, setting an inclusive tone for the regional gathering.

Golden Ticket Recipients: Vanshika Sharma, Sanvi Jaiswal, and Vidhi Roshan Tijare earned “Golden Tickets” for their solo dance performances, qualifying them for the upcoming semi-final round.

Special Recognition: Judges awarded special mentions to Swanik Tiwari, Deveshi Tiwari, and Lamya for their artistic performances during the event.
