NEW DELHI – In a move to bolster corporate transparency, the Government of India has empanelled Mr. Hem Kumar Pande and Ms. Anita Pattanayak as Independent External Monitors (IEMs) for Instrumentation Limited.
Both officers bring decades of high-level administrative and oversight experience to the Ministry of Heavy Industries’ PSU.
