MUMBAI — In a major federal posting within the nation’s maritime infrastructure, the Union government has designated senior bureaucrat Prashant Jeevan Patil as the Deputy Director General (Director level) within the Directorate General of Shipping in Mumbai.
The premier regulatory executive office operates under the administrative control of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways.
