NEW DELHI — In an official management transition within the railway ministry’s corporate apparatus, Mr. Rahul Himalian has been handed the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC).
Currently managing the company’s growth verticals as Director (Tourism & Marketing), Mr. Himalian will assume the top executive post in tandem with his present operational duties.
