NEW DELHI — In a strategic administrative consolidation, 2007-batch Uttarakhand cadre IAS officer Neeraj Kharwal, Managing Director of the India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO), has been granted additional charge as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (Joint Secretary level) of India International Convention and Exhibition Centre Limited (IICCL) for six months.
The dual mandate establishes unified administrative direction over India’s flagship MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) infrastructure assets: Bharat Mandapam at Pragati Maidan under ITPO and the Yashobhoomi complex in Dwarka under IICCL.
