MUMBAI — Shriram Finance Limited has confirmed that Parag Sharma will remain in his role as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, following a board resolution to re-appoint him for a new term. The renewal of his leadership is scheduled to officially commence on December 13, 2026.
