GWALIOR — Union Minister for Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw, along with Union Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, virtually inaugurated the newly gauge-converted 56-km Kailaras–Sabalgarh–Birpur rail section.
The ministers also flagged off the extended Gwalior–Kailaras train service up to Birpur, delivering direct broad-gauge rail connectivity to more than 100 villages across the Morena and Sheopur districts of the Gwalior-Chambal region.
