MUMBAI — In a strategic board-level transition, Union Quality Plastics Limited has appointed Javeri Kapisha Udaya Kumar Singh as Additional Director and Managing Director, effective September 16, 2026.
Singh replaces outgoing Managing Director Jeethendra Singh Goud, who steps down from the board at the close of business hours on September 15, 2026, citing personal health considerations. The appointment will be presented to shareholders for final ratification at the company’s 42nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
