MUMBAI: Strengthening its top-tier advisory framework, the Board of Directors of Multibase India Limited has officially appointed Vimal Mishra as an Additional Director.
Mishra joins the board under the Non-Executive, Non-Independent classification, bringing fresh administrative oversight to the specialty materials manufacturer’s governing body.
