KOLKATA: In a top-tier administrative restructuring, the Election Commission of India (ECI) has appointed senior bureaucrat Mrs. Neelam Meena as the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of West Bengal. The seasoned administrator takes over the state’s apex electoral seat, replacing incumbent Manoj Kumar Agarwal.
