BENGALURU — In a major administrative shake-up in Karnataka, senior 2009-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer M N Anucheth has been assigned crucial dual responsibilities by the state government.
Anucheth has been officially appointed as the DIG & Commissioner of the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) in Bengaluru. In tandem with this top-tier communication profile, the government has placed him in concurrent charge as Commissioner of the Youth Empowerment and Sports Department, making him a central figure in driving the state’s public outreach and youth welfare strategies.
